Accept it when I can't change it

I am from a culture in which I'll reflect on what I did constantly, which part I did is problematic, how come I didn't think about something, etc. It was supposed to be a powerful habit to replay and learn from it, but I got back-fired because I over-did it and I also have a strong imposter syndrome.

For those who have a similar character, please note that set a time processing the emotion. Also, tell me that `it is done, and I can't change it` and try to accept it.
