What should be noted in the meeting:

• which idea is mind-blowing? note it down for future reference

• which part did I miss?

• what are the suggested concerns? are there any patterns behind?

• which conclusion did I make? what made me draw the conclusion? what's the logic behind it?

Basically, being both an attendant and an observer.
