Accumulation

Most of the time, the daily work is to explore new staff. It was challenging and rewarding especially when we built up a new pipeline. However, actual learning starts with thinking and accumulation.

The detailed takeaways include:

• think and set up the overall framework, then put code snippets on it

• document all the unwritten rules at work(from Harvard Business Review)

• have time for ourselves

• keep trying new things and put them in the existing library

That's exactly the reason that I am working on this little note.
