# We are all the same

I was matched to a very senior scientist from a well-known institution for an hour session. I prepared a list of questions, trying to make full use of the opportunity and know better how the top-tier people work.

Things went completely out of expectation. 

I felt like he was describing my everyday life, all those frustrations, all those ups and downs, the problems, etc. 

Maybe we are all the same. There is no magic to be all much better all of sudden, it is just a list of problems on the backlog, and try to figure out a good solution on the one we are working on.
